Make room for the voices. “Father Stretch” opens the door to Jesus Is Born, the choir’s 19-song album. Follow it with “Revelations 19:1,” “Rain” and “More Than Anything.”
Jesus Is Born · Sunday Service Choir · 2019Inside the sound
Many voices.
One shared feeling.
Sunday Service brings the choir to the center. In 2019, Kanye West’s Jesus Is King and Sunday Service Choir’s Jesus Is Born offered two ways into that gospel world: Ye’s songs and a full choir record.
The five-track Emmanuel followed in 2020, composed and executive produced by West. Its ancient and Latin-inspired choral music offers a quieter turn. Our listening selection continues into Donda with “24,” “Come to Life” and more.
This is a listening room for that chapter: the recordings, the choir and the performances. Find the song that stays with you, then pass it on.
